Samantha’s fitness career spans many years of experience as the Health and Wellness Director for both the YWCA and YMCA organizations in Southern California, Texas and Washington.

JIM BROWN

Personal Trainer

Jim is a certified International Sports Science Association (ISSA) Fitness Trainer with over 20 years of experience in strength training, bodybuilding and conditioning. He has trained military personnel, men and women of all fitness levels, and high school students and athletes, particularly wrestlers. Jim is also Professor of English at CSU San Bernardino, holding a B.A. in English from San Francisco State University and the M.F.A. from the University of California at Irvine.

Thomas first began his training in TaiChi at the age of 12 as an avid Gymnast with Master Liu, a former Chinese Olympic gymnastics coach and Qi Gong Master. Fascinated by the full potential of human form he also trained in Yoga, Kempo, Oom Yung Do, Wing Chun, Jiujitsu and Capoiera and found the freedom of that expression in Surfing, Mountain Biking, Rock Climbing and Skiing. At the age of 21 he severely injured his back Skiing and went through his own complete healing with Qi Gong, CranioSacral Therapy and Acupuncture. He lived, worked and studied in Asia for 7 years and is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist who has been in practice and teaching Qi Gong for more than 10 years.

In 2013, she obtained certification of 50 hours in Yin yoga style 2013, and her Reiki Energy Healer Certifications in 2014. Rita also learned the practices of Qigong, Prananadi, Light Work, Crystal Healing and Healing with guided meditation. 

Her philosophy: energy healing holds the key to our physical, emotional and spiritual health. Her yoga and energy healing sessions are intended to relieve pain, support positive personality development, help to overcome fear, anger, depression, and anxiety.
She believes the best way to heal is to work with her clients as a Whole – Body, Mind and Soul (as one) --at the same time.

Brandin Bull

Personal Trainer

Brandin is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer with a love for Sports, Nature and the Outdoors. He's a former college football player with over 15 years of athletics, strength training and conditioning and an accomplished Swim instructor working with people of all ages. Brandin is an action sport enthusiast --an avid Snowboarder, Wake boarder, and Surfer. He's also an Eagle Scout and William T. Hornaday Award Winner who hikes, camps, and loves the outdoors. Brandin is an aspiring filmmaker with a degree in film from Long Beach State.

Kelly is a Southern California native who always felt most at home when retreating to her family’s mountain cabin in Lake Arrowhead. With a strong athletic background, Kelly was initially introduced to Yoga over 15 years ago to help balance her heavy physical demands as a competitive water polo player. Kelly believes that everyone can benefit from the healing powers of Yoga and is excited to share her globally influenced style of Yoga.
